Being healthy is an important aspect of being a genuine Legend,Icon or Role Model. There is nothing more greater than knowing that you are making a difference in every aspect of your life including your health.

Daily we come in contact with various opportunities to drink many things that we consider refreshing. From the sweet teas, coffees and the god awful Coke products, we really don't realize that the best drink of the day is simply WATER!
