The video of the day is from a band who burst on the scene and has been going hard ever since. As a man, I think it is vital that a woman find her niche and cultivate it in every way imaginable. There is nothing more attractive than a woman who knows what she wants and goes for it.

The Suga Mama's were hand picked by Beyonce Knowles to travel the world and add their charm to an already excellent tour. These ensemble of talented women are uber talented and consist of:
