As I peruse my television channels, it is often frustrating to find those who stand out and make a difference. We are living in a time where many are striving to fit in to various groups, society gatherings and much more. It is always refreshing to find someone who challenges those around them to go against the grain.

One person that fits the bill of not fitting in is that of famed author/lawyer/judge Karen Mills- Francis, the star of the top rated show Judge Karen's Court. This blogger can still remember the moment that I first laid eyes on this amazing role model. Not only was she graceful and exhibited self respect but she was not afraid to set the record strait when it came to who was in error.

From that young mother who had given her all to a wayward mate, a cheating spouse who attempted to extort their former partner and much more, Judge Karen is always available to dish the truth in a simplistic yet bold manner.

Her infectious smile resonates a solid and happy place within herself and even on the social networks she can be seen dishing only positive posts daily. Never one to be stuck in one spot, this mover and shaker  manages to bring her Facebook friends on her yearly treks across America and every picture she shares contains that trademark megawatt smile.

Not only has she written a top selling masterpiece which consists of her trademark saying Stay in your Lane but she is pretty stylish if you ask us here at LIRM.  Ms. Francis embodies a confidence that many young women in the nation could benefit from.

Would you believe that with the heavy workload of a hit show, book signings and being a doting family member, she also takes out the time to share her testimony and dish straight from the hip wisdom?
