LIRM Lookback ~ The Mac Band - Roses Are Red - LIVE

It is the weekend and we have decided to share another example of good music and talent. Growing up with six uncles who all had various musical taste, this blogger has to say that I have been introduced to a gumbo mixture of music.

My grandparents house was always jumping once they jolted off to work. From rock and roll, folk, soul and the like, I was always on my feet dancing and I loved it. One band that gave us many soul train lines is that of the soulful The Mac Band. 

These Michigan born brothers gave the world some great grooves and catchy footwork and had the ladies falling out. They are still performing today and living in Dallas, Texas and now have their children performing as well.
