Lookback Video ~ Ms. Yolanda Adams "Just a Prayer Away" - Amazing!

It is the wee hours of the morning and this blogger is up wide awake and can't seem to fall asleep. Being that I ran 3 miles today, I thought maybe it was the adrenaline of the run that has me up but now I am thinking it is for something else.



As I  flipped thru the flat screen and couldn't seem to find anything to watch on the television, I began to quietly sing the hook to a popular song by platinum Gospel Artist Yolanda Adams. The song, Just A Prayer Away, kept this blogger grounded during my formative years as I embraced faith and the power of something greater than myself.

Believe it or not, Yolanda is a veteran of this thing called gospel music being that way before she recorded her most popular selections such as: The Battle is The Lords, Open Arms and many more she was tearing up churches up and down the highways.

She is a legend in the gospel and secular industry and here at LIRM we simply say that we can not wait until she releases new music. Until she does just that, check out this vintage video of her singing from her very soul for the equally talented late great Olanda Draper and see what we mean
