Thankfully we have found this quick and easy recipe for Smoked Spicy Artichokes that is sure to hit the spot. Now many of our readers may be like this blogger and think that a piece of fried chicken will go good with the artichoke but not tonight.

Ingredients:
3 Fresh Artichokes
2 Lemons
3 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions:
Coat artichokes with ample olive oil, season each well, squeeze fresh lemon juice on top of each and wrap in foil paper. Bake at 425 degrees for one hour and 15 minutes. Remove and allow the artichokes to rest for 15-20 minutes.
