The 2011 BET Awards are in full effect and LIRM is right in the mix as we share, tweet and blog about the performances. The opening set was opened by one of our favorite artist in the form of Mary J. Blige.

Rocking serious swag like only she can, Mary took us back with some of her most coveted jawns such as All Night Long and also brought out the amazing Anita Baker. The world knows that Anita was Mary's muse when she recorded her mega hit Caught Up In The Rapture in a mall sound-booth years ago.
