Mom and Pop Mango Bellini
Ingredients:
Mango nectar, chilled
Sparkling rosé wine, prosecco, or Champagne, well-chilled
Grenadine syrup
Directions:
Chill the champagne flutes in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Put some finely chopped fresh mango slices into wineglasses and add some chilled mango nectar to cover. Top with well-chilled sparkling rosé wine, prosecco, or Champagne. Add a drop of grenadine syrup to each drink.
