Cute Kiwi Connection Drank

It's the weekend and you have enough energy for at least 8 people. You feel as if you can conquer the world and it shows. You have a smile on your face and you are in the mood for a nice drink or drank as they say.

How about a nice, refreshing concoction that is sure to go down smooth and clear. Check out this recipe for a Cute Kiwi Connection lemonade.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup(s) sugar
6 kiwis , peeled and cut into pieces
2 cup(s) (fresh) lemon juice, about 12 lemons
1 cup(s) water
1 liter(s) bottle seltzer water, chilled
lemon and/or kiwi wedges, for garnish, optional

Directions:
Purée the sugar and kiwi in a blender until smooth.

In a 1-quart container, stir together the lemon juice and water. Add the kiwi purée and stir. Chill until very cold.

To serve, pour 1/2 cup of the kiwi mixture into each of 8 tall glasses. Fill with ice and add roughly 1/2 cup seltzer water to fill the glass. If you like, spike a lemon and/or kiwi wedge on the rim of each glass.
