LIRM Recipe Spot ~ Blueberry Shakedown Smoothie
Being that I am usually good at eating healthy and working out, today I fell off the wagon and partook in fried foods and custom made cupcakes. But never fear I have found a quick and healthy recipe for a Bountiful Blueberry Shakedown Smoothie.

Ingredients:
1 Cup Vanilla Low Fat Yogurt
1 Cup Pineapple Juice
1 Cup Orange Juice
2 Cups fresh Blueberries
1 Tablespoon of Sugar
Instructions:
Blend yogurt, fruits juice, blueberries and sugar in blender and enjoy!!
