LIRM Recipe of the Day ~ Positive Pulled Pork Sammiches


The recipe of the day is one that will pull everyone away from their Ipads, Iphones, Playstations and flat screens. In a time where is it better to pick up something from a fast food spot, we have found that fast food garners fast family time.

For those mothers and fathers who are looking for something that the family will find amazing, we have found just the thing to bring everyone to the table with fork in hand.

How about this Positive Pulled Pork recipe that will impress many. Check it out and let us know if you agree

Ingredients:
1 lb. Lean Pork Loin
1/3 cup of Ketchup
2 Tablespoons of Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar
2 Teaspoons of Paprika
1 1/2 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic or Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Salt

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a 4 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours until tender.

Shred with forks and serve on a bun of your choice
