The movie moment of the day comes from a cult film that set the boundaries for film makers coming after them. I can still remember the day that I first saw "Jungle Fever" and boy was it many things.

This Spike Lee directed thought provoking masterpiece gave the viewers things to ponder on and keep your mind thinking well after the end credits rolled.We clearly remember the scenes from an up and coming actor named Samuel L. Jackson.

He and Halle Berry's portrayal of drug addicts on the verge of never recovering was and still is riveting to this day. One of the most INTENSE scenes from this masterpiece is when Samuel's character pressed his way into his parents home looking for money to fuel his habit.

Dame Ruby Dee and the late Sir Ossie Davis who played Jackson's parents gave their all as weary parents who have reached the breaking point was excellent and what followed is forever moving.
