LIRM Recipe Post ~ Sticky BBQ Chicken


I have been knocking it out of the ballpark lately in the area of the kitchen. I do not know if it is the season I am in or if I am just evolving but I am enjoying the kitchen. Today I literally ran into a recipe that my aunt use to prepare and I decided to share it with our readers.

Ingredients:
1-1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
3 pounds chicken wings /chicken breast
1 cup bottled barbecue sauce

Directions
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
2. Combine black pepper, salt and ground red pepper in small bowl. Sprinkle and toss mixture on chicken.
3. Bake in 400 degree F oven 40 to 45 minutes, turning and basting every 15 minutes.
