I am a lover of brown rice and all its benefits so you know I had to give our readers a selection. Check out this recipe for Healthy Helpful Brown Salad and I guarantee you that you will fall in love.

Ingredients:
2 package of brown rice
5 radishes
1 small carrot, thinly shredded
1 cup of frozen edamame
1/3 cup of Soy Vinaigrette
Lemon wedges for garnish (Optional)


Instructions:
1. Prepare brown rice as label directs. Once thoroughly cooked, cool completely.
2.Add radishes, carrots, edamame, Soy Vinaigrette and stir until your hearts content.
