FLASH IT BACK: Earth,Wind and Fire - Shining Star LIVE

40 years ago today musical history was made as uber Earth, Wind and Fire scored their first number one hit Shining Star.  The infectious single would go on to linger on Billboard's top 100. The group is still going strong today even after lead singer/founder Maurice White retired.
