LIRM Lifestyle Post ~ I Desire A Brownstone

People have lived in them for centuries, some have transformed them from run down and dilapidated and made them works of art. The floor plans can range from simple to extravagant all in the same sentence. I am talking of the "Brownstone" and all that it embodies.

I remember watching the Cosby Show and seeing how they lived in their modest brownstone and I instantly feel in love. The hardwood floors, the spacious living room and the brick details were just amazing.

I also remember watching television with my grand mom and she would view the top rated soap "General Hospital" and one of the characters lived in a huge brownstone.

It is a true dream of mine to purchase a modern brownstone in New York City, NY and visit their often. I can just imagine flying in, hailing a cab and heading to my home. I give the driver his monetary instrument and putting the key in my lock and seeing my spot.
