Victoria Rowell Is Wearing Many Hats

As I think about the various duties a Legend has to take on, I actually get overwhelmed just thinking about it. Being a Legend is not an easy fete but the Legendary Victoria Rowell does it and it seems effortlessly. She is an advocate of Foster Care and it truly shows. 

Each year she tirelessly shows her love and appreciation to those who don't have a voice in the Foster system thru her Foundation, The Rowell Foster Children Foundation.
