Dinner for a Haute Legend

Ingredients:
5 10 inch bamboo skewers
2 pounds of large sea scallops
Salt and Pepper to taste
Maya Kaimal’s Chili Glaze
Direction:
Heat grill to high.
Soak skewers in water for 10 minutes.
Season scallops with salt and pepper and thread on skewers. Grease grill grates, brush the scallops with Maya Kaimal’s Mango Chili Glaze. Cook until grill marks form, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Remove from heat, brush again with glaze, and serve.
