Ava DuVernay Preps Hurricane Katrina Love Story + Secrets & Lies Official Poster Drops

Ava DuVernay is not letting grass grow under her feet after the nominations or lack thereof in the area of  Academy Awards nominations for Selma the masterpiece chronicling the movement started by Martin Luther King Jr of which she directed.

Not only is Ava writing and directing but she is partnering with Jeff Skoll and Jonathan King on a story described as "a love story and murder mystery" set against the backdrop of Hurricane Katrina.
