Michelle Obama, Oprah Winfrey and More Attend Maya Angelou Forever Stamp Dedication Ceremony + Hilary Swank & Chanel Iman Spotted
Literary poet/icon Maya Angelou, who is also the subject of a new book by Tavis Smiley, is also the recipient of an official stamp from the US Postal Service.
The ceremony was held yesterday in Washington, DC with family and friends who included her grandson Colin Johnson, longtime menthe Oprah Winfrey, FLOTUS Michelle Obama, Andrew Young and so many more.

The ceremony was somewhat off kilter with news that the quote that was issued for the official stamp didn't actually come from the fame poet but is one of many that she often used in her speaking engagements.
