Victoria Rowell Appears on MSNBC The Docket - Speaks Out on Racism, Television and Her Suit With Sony/CBS

These past few months/years we have seen the upsweep of the topic of racism in the entertainment industry and the lack of work in front and behind the scenes from actors and actresses such as Viola Davis Monique and Victoria Rowell amongst others.

Victoria, who has been outspoken before a lot of other individuals decided it was the proper thing to do, has hit Sony Television with a groundbreaking lawsuit that alleges years of racial discrimination, harassment, and resistance from the CBS Network. It has been well reported by Victoria that she faced quite a few challenges on the set of the long running daytime soap The Young and The Restless. She stopped by The Docket to give her take on lack of diversity in front and behind the camera as well as her thoughts on other networks depiction of African Americans and minorities.
