This blogger has embraced the healthy side of eating and it feels mighty good. Gone are the days of fried chicken, french fries and bags of junk food to give me satisfaction but yet pack on the pounds. In its place are healthy options that I must confess gives me more energy than I ever thought possible.
Trainer/Ab Guru Cindy Whitmarsh is also helping me via her her much talked about YouTube serious Food For Abs. Check out this quick video where Cindy gives the viewer a recipe for a flat ab smoothie that I can not wait to try once I hit my front door.
