School Daze "Gamma Rays I Don't Wanna Be Alone"

This blogger's mind is filled with enough musical memories to fill about 15 brains. The year was 1988 and me and my cousins all hopped in my mom's new whip to hit the $1.00 movie matinee.

Being that I was somewhat of a follower, I allowed the rest of the clan to convince me to take in the new Spike Lee movie School Daze. From the time Spike's masterpiece about life on the campus of the ficticous Mission College opened with it's first frame,  I was hooked.

One of my favorite scenes was that of the super popular Gamma Rays led by Jane Toussaint played to perfection by Tisha Campbell - Martin. When these ladies hit the stage, my eyes were hooked and I almost forgot that they were a part of the production.
