Tipsy Tangerine Sorbet ~ Tasty Times
How about this very tempting and tasty recipe for Tipsy Tangerine Sorbet that is sure to have everyone talking about it for days to come.
Ingredients:
2 Teaspoon of Tangerine Zest
2 Medium Tangerines, Juiced
1 Cup of Sugar
1/2 Cold Water
1 Tablespoon of Vodka/Campari
Instructions:
Combine tangerine zest, juice, sugar, water and mix.
Transfer tangerine mixture into a container, seal and refrigerate until mixture is no more than 40 degrees.
*You can stir mixture over a bowl of cold ice water and speed up the process*
Add vodka to mixture and pour into container of a simple ice cream machine
*Ice Cream machines can be found at your local Department Stores*
Scoop frozen sorbet into container and transfer to freezer for several hours to allow sorbet to form up.
