Cilantro Foil Chicken ~ Healthy Goodness


We are on a roll with the posts on fashion, music and now food. Who doesn't love a good recipe for the whole family to enjoy and enjoy it they will after this post. I am one who loves a good piece of fried chicken but one can not have fried chicken every single day.



No fear is needed when you prepare this amazing recipe for Cilantro Foil Chicken and trust me when I tell you that it is a winner. Check out it out and let us know if you enjoyed it as much as we did.

Ingredients: 
1 Cup of Parsley
1 Cup of Fresh Cilantro
1 Teaspoon of Red Pepper Flakes
2 Tablespoons of vegetable oil
Salt
Pepper
2 cups of chopped Kale
2 cut Large Red potatoes - Chunked
6 Fresh Chicken Breast
2 Limes - Wedged
2 Lemons - Wedged

Instructions: 
1. Pulse and or grate Cilantro, Red Pepper Flakes, Vegetable Oil 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper and one tablespoon of water in blender.
2. Toss Greens and Potatoes with 2 teaspoons of pulsed mixture.
3. Arrange large single pieces of foil out and add chicken in the center. Add pulsed mixture to top of chicken and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
4. While chicken is baking, steam Kale and potatoes until desired.
5. Once cooked, transfer chicken and Kale mixture to plate and enjoy.
6. Garnish with lemon and lime and more cilantro.
