ABC Adds Nia Long, Mike Epps Helmed Uncle Buck As Full Series + Vacation Official Trailer Drops

ABC is dropping good news left and right concerning their weekly lineups. Having just impressed its views with renewals of various shows like How To Get Away With Murder, Black-ish and Secrets and Lies the network has added a new series.

Uncle Buck, based on the hit movie of the same name starring the late John Candy, played this time around by Mike Epps is a fun loving but irresponsible guy who needs a job and a place to stay.

By happy coincidence, his nieces and nephew's Nanny has just quit and his brother and sister-in-law need his help. His unconventional personality just may make him the right fit for the family and they may be the answer to his problems, too. Nia Long, James Lesure, Iman Benson, Sayeed Shahid and Aalyrah Caldwell round out the cast.

In other remake news:

The official trailer and poster for the upcoming sequel to the cult hit film National Lampoon's Vacation is out and laughs are expected.

The plot line this time around follows Rusty Griswold played by Ed Helms who surprises his wife played by Christine Applegate and his sons with a trip to his family's favorite spot Walley World. Original cast members Chevy Chase and Beverly D'Angelo reprise their roles as well.
