Let's get right into this episode and rest assured it is a doozy or shall we say - OUCH!!
This episode opens with Nick- who is poised to leave at the end of the season - and the team members are called to an accident that includes a corpse albeit a slaughterd one - wait for it - that is filled with loads of glass. The team eventually find the origin of where the victim came from and we are talking hundreds maybe thousands of feet in the air and across the sky.
YOU CAN'T MAKE IT ON BROKEN PIECES: Ryan and Finlay head to the lab and attempt to piece the broken window pieces back together and you guessed it? It was a rocket or some type of missile? BRUH - A damn rocket I said. But wait after further investigation they find that is was some type of jet that ran out of gas.
BLANK STARE!!!
TAXIIIIII - The team is then called to the scene of another accident or crime and find that a cab that was hit by some type of missile/rocket. After viewing inside they find pieces - gross - pieces of the victim. We are talking pieces such as feet, head, muscles etc - think we just might throw up.
ROCKET MAN - Morgan deduces that the rocket/missile is actually some type of rocket man suit. The body is then identified as a captain who was not on duty and it is from some type of aeronautic company. What the team eventually finds is that the victim was flying and somebody tampered with the air suit which in turn is murder.
ANYBODY HAVE ANY ASPIRIN? So Nick and the team take a tour of the facility where the suit is manufactured and meet the designer, Farris, who is then taken in to answer a few questions. Before you know it you Farris is complaining of a pesky headache and he then dies from massive bleeding from the brain.
In other words - Dude had a serious stroke from working in a dangerous area within the lab.
ICE QUEEN IS MELTING: Claudia Mason AKA CEO who is managing/overseeing the project for the rocket situation that we will simply call - Ice Queen - is not only lightly flirting with Nick but is covering up serious safety issues. - *RUN ON SENTENCE ALERT* Ice Queen is a piece of work who is found verbally abusing those that work in the company.
The team further finds after surveying Ice Queen Claudia apartment/love nest that the first victim was having - shall we say - mile high club love and something or someone propelled him across the sky.
DEAD MAN/MEN BEEN CREEPING - The original dead man's wife is found on surveillance video slapping him around. She thought she would catch him in bed with ice queen but that is where things get shall we say bumpy. The plot thickens and boy is it a twist.
LOVERS WHO QUARREL - The head honcho aka The Major who is also the victims boss is fingered as the culprit. He and the original dead man were lovers. The victim decided that he wanted to work things out with his wife and the major was LIVID. He killed him and set him toward the sky. He also confesses that he killed the second victim because he was best friends with the original victim and knew the secret of them being lovers.
