The Family aka fDeluxe - 'Screams of Passion"

This blogger woke up this morning with a tune in my head that I had to find and quick. I can remember growing up jamming to various sounds thruout the house that my mother selected and boy did we jam like no other family on the street.

The Family was and is an amazing group of talented individuals who gave the world a GREAT hit Screams of Passion during summer of 1985. With Paul Peterson and Susannah Melvoin singing perfect harmonies on this joint, we grooved like no other and Jellybean Johnson and Mio Weaver rounded out the complete package with great musical talents.

The group would go on to reunite with a new named fdeluxe and are still knocking things out the ball park with infectious tunes to sing to the masses. Check out this retro joint from them as well as some live selections as well.
