It is cold, allergy and sinus season like never before and LIRM has just the thing to help those like me who suffer from it all.
This blogger was in the supermarket recently and like I always do, I go down every single isle. I wish you guys could have seen my face as I hit the pharmacy and spotted something that single handedly changed my thinking and sneezing.
It was sitting there looking like a simple tea kettle and once I read the instructions, I knew I would never depart from it all. The Neti Pot is something that has been around for quite awhile and I now kick myself for not embracing it as a teenager.
