Dame Dinah Washington ~ Legendary Live Performances

As I type this post I have to testify that I am grateful that I was raised to embrace various types of music. My musical taste run the gamut from pop, disco, jazz, hip hop and much more.
One of my favorite artists that I can remember being played around my home growing up is that of the Legendary Dame Dinah Washington. The word singer is simply not enough to describe this amazing vocalist who passed away at the tender age of 38 but who managed to leave a lasting legacy of work like no other.

Dame Dinah has been described by many of her peers, fans and friends to be one who lived her life by her own rules and did it like no other. Some of her most haunting selections include Stormy Weather, What a Difference a Day Makes and much more.
