Oprah Winfrey Show Finale at United Center

Man oh man is all this blogger can say as I perused my local online entertainment spot for all things Oprah Winfrey. There is none other like Lady O and last night the city of Chicago was lifted like no other as Harpo Productions put on a show like no other.

We are down to about six shows before Oprah turns out the light on her top rated talk show The Oprah Winfrey Show after more than twenty five years at the top. Celebrities were in the place and though they all could have been showcased, the main attraction was simply sharing in the greatness that is Oprah.

From the amazingly talented Aretha Franklin belting out Amazing Grace, Beyonce' showing the world that the ladies certainly rule the world and Ms. Maya Angelou sharing her unique poetic justice, I am certain that this event will have to be put on DVD and sold to the masses. The show will air in two parts on Monday, May 23, 2011 and Tuesday, May 24, 2011.
