LIRM Recipe of the Day ~ Crazy Cajun Corn on the Cob ~ HOT!!!!



Being a self appointed creole cook, I feel the need to share with our readers and supporters various recipes that I attempt to try. There is nothing more fulfilling than to share with everyone the highs and lows of food love.

We have something that I am in the process of trying and I had to share this amazing recipe for Creole Corn on the Cob. Check it out and let us know if you agree that it is a showstopper.

Ingredients:
6 ears of corn on the cob
1/4 cup of mayo or salad dressings (Optional)
2 lemon
1 Lime
Spicy Cajun seasoning, to taste
3/4 cup grated cheese - Any type

Directions:
Grill corn on medium heat choosing any type of grill. Turn until all sides are lightly charred and kernels tender.

Combine mayonnaise and lemon and lime juice to your like. Layer spread mixed with above seasonings on each ear of corn. Sprinkle each cob with a pinch of grated cheese of choice. Serve immediately with lime wedges

Yas sah!! this right here is a grill favorite for us but i never use the lemon & lime.
