The fans of Scandal must be hyped right now with news breaking that series guest star Cornelius Smith is joining the cast full time.


Smith is on a roll these days with his role as Marcus Walker and many daytime soap fans are likely to remember Smith as the son of Angie and Jesse Hubbard on the now defunct revamp of All My Children a few years back.
