That Thing With Vanessa Huxtable

The weekend is upon us here at LIRM and this blogger was hit with major memories of my teenage years. I can honestly say that I gave my mom the blues as I began to grow into my manhood and "smell myself" as my grandparents, uncles and aunts would often say.

My sister being younger than me was always the good kid and never really gave my mom a hard time but I was always pushing the envelope. Thankfully I had a warrior for a mother and she would take me down a notch with various tactics that we really can't talk about on this site.

I remember watching the hit show The Cosby Show as they navigated their lives and the lives of their precocious children. I instantly chuckled as they dealt with Vanessa Huxtable played by Tempest Bledsoe and the situations she got into.
