Pam Grier "Foxy Brown" Set for Reboot Starring Meagan Good

Fans of cult legend Pam Grier are in a positive tizzy tonight as news broke today that a series reboot based on Grier's classic Foxy Brown has been optioned.

Deadline reported today that Meagan Goode has signed on as lead along with producing duties with her husband Devon Frankli and Tony Krantz. The series, set to air on the HULU network, is also being written by one of our favorite writers Ben Watkins (Hand of God)  along with Malcolm Spellman. 

The plotline of the original movie starring Grier showcased the title character gunning for revenge against bad guys who murdered the love of her life. Be sure to check back for more updates concerning this amazing news.
