Jay Z & Harvey Weinstein Produced Kalief Browder Documentary Trailer Drops

The tragic story of the late Kalief Browder is one that not only haunts his friends and family but reaches to the masses when it comes to what truly happened to the fallen young man. 

Browder, who sadly took his own life after being jailed in what many call a tragic misuse of justice, is now being remembered thru an insightful look into his life and struggle to get back to normal life after being spending time in one of the most degrading jails in the country - Rikers Island. 

Rapper Jay Z and mega film producer Harvey Weinstein have partnered with Spike TV for TIME: The Kalief Browder Story. Directed by Jenner Furst and set to premiere March 1, at 10pm ET/11pm PT the deep and heartbreaking six part documentary shines light on Browder's time at Rikers as well as challenges the viewer to look at the justice system from another scope.
