Our show is back and Viola Davis can do no wrong so lets get right to it with the shenanigan highlights. Tonight we are mixing it up a bit with an ode to Angela Riola aka Big Ang who lost her battle with lung cancer a few days ago.
CHECKING THE RECIPETS:
Wes is hitting the books this episode and by books we mean the folder than Annalise left for him at his doorstep last week. The embattled killing machine is piecing together some key moments of his mother's life courtesy of his mentor. Hopefully he will be able to get past all that he will find out but we all know that when Wes gets upset or freaks out???
Anyway, Wes and Laurel hop a plane to Cleveland and retrace his mothers steps but what they find is that his mom never showed up to court that fateful day. Wes later figures out that Annalise allowed him into law school, made him her teachers pet and damn near forgave him for killing her husband. He and Laurel are getting closer as the day wears along and from where we sit? These two characters are destined for a romp in the hay based off of emotions.

FLASHBACK ALERT:
Annalise and Wes's mom Rose are seen via flashbacks talking about the key case that Annalise worked on 10 years earlier. Also during that time we see a nicer Annalise along with a younger Frank who she is mentoring and dressing in a nice suit. It's also during this time that we see that Annalise was REAL pregnant and happily married as well.
Rose decided to testify against her boss's son but she only does it due to immigration issues. The day of court Rose doesn't show up and Annalise eventually finds her at home. Rose is not for Annalise's persistence and sends her on her way. Her son , Who we now know is Wes, asks his mom whats wrong and she yells for him to go to his room.
Umm Rose we don't mean to be petty but your boy is danger-ous like
TEAM WORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK:
Annalise and the group are having issues being a team and also by watching the video that Connor was given that shows the group members on the night that Annalise was shot. The legal eagle is giving MAJOR attitude but she should because these damn kids don't realize that momma Keating is keeping erybody safe. Annalise also shares with Bonnie that she never wanted kids, we don't believe that, but she now has five *Keating 5* with makes her a momma hen and a BAWSE!
TRANSFER TIME:
Connor is having a time of it tonight due to the blackmailer who may or may not be Phillip. Things are getting out of hand for the student so much so that he is preparing to transfer to another school. His trusty boyfriend actually talks him out of moving which we know he wasn't gonna do in the first place.
Across town we see Frank and Laurel discussing him confessing that he killed Lila. Poor Laurel just can't take the fact that her boytoy is a cold bloodied killer. He tries to explain but Laurel is coming at him something wicked by asking why he would kill Lila. She eventually bolts and runs off with Wes who is JUST like her boyfriend when it comes to killing folks.
NO MORE HANKY PANKY BASHER:
Asher is nervous as all get out with all the shenanigans going on with the blackmailer. Bonnie is returning home and finds him at her doorstep but she lets him down by letting him know that she's not his lawyer or girlfriend any longer.
SISTER SISTER:
Michaela and Anna Mae head over to the house where she was shot due to the blackmailer's demands. After meeting with the duo, Kaleb heads over to see Katherine, who's in jail for shooting Annalise, and he gets her to confess that Phillip killed their parents but she sends him on his way with rude insults.
DIN DIN AND A NIGHTCAP:
Nate and Annalise have a night little dinner date at her house and before long the two lovers are arguing about his intentions towards her and vice versa. Anna Mae is so scared of getting hurt that she can't truly open her heart.
Something tells us that Nate just might be playing her like a bad fiddle and is totally over Annalise. After a nice night of romping in Sam's old bed Annalise shows Nate the blackmailing video but we believe Nate is actually the blackmailer. Now what Nate NEEDS to know is that Annalise is not to be played with when it comes to the mental games and his cat and mouse game gonna end up not working.
VIDEO KILLED THE RADIO STAR:
The episode ends with the group hoping that they've out witted the mysterious blackmailer but their smiles are turned to frowns with a fresh video coming their way. The blackmailer shows Annalise and Nate hugging it up in the kitchen the previous night and to make matters worse???
Her comes Laurel who confronts Anna Mae with information regarding Wes's mother's death. She tells Annalise thats she knows that Wes killed his mother in cold blood and Annalise knew all along.
