Lookback - Five Star "Let Me Be The One"

Nothing like a nice groove to get you up out of your seat and boy do we have one for our readers today. The eighties and nineties were a good time if we say so ourselves and best believe it is missed.

Our lookback video today is from a family quintet from Britain featured lead vocalist Deniece, plus Stedman, Doris, Lorraine, and Delroy Pearson. Their RCA debut single, "All Fall Down," reached 16 on the R&B charts, while "Let Me Be The One" started a string of Top 10 hits.

They were actually very good and believe it or not made major inroads in the musical industry. Check out this vintage video of them and see for yourself.
