Daytime television fans around the world were met with some rather sad news with the cancelling of two iconic shows All My Children and One Life To Live. I can still remember my grandmother watching these shows as well as buying her weekly soap publications at the supermarket to keep up with the daily movements.

Many fans have no idea the history that comes with these two shows as well as the fabric that held them together in the form of Ms. Agnes Nixon. This daytime literary icon has created and worked on some of the most famously written shows such as: All My Children, One Life To Live, Loving as well as saving then struggling shows like Another World and many more.
