Netflix's "The Get Down" 2nd Arc Premiere Date Confirmed

As we watched the first few episodes of Netflix popular series The Get Down we were hooked but then?????  We hit a brick wall after the finale of the first arc. Viewers alike were equally hooked on characters such as Cadillac played by Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Tremaine Brown Jr as Boo Boo, Jimmy Smith as Francisco and the main lady Lillias White as Fat Annie.

Well good news is here as info dropped earlier today that the second installment of the series is set to return April 7. - Wait, can you hear the music around the city of New York?? Aaahhh! 

Clears throat - Anyways, Executive produced by Baz Luhrmann, Catherine Martin, rapper Nas, Stephen Adly Guirgis, Thomas Kelly and Paul Watters, the second installment picks up with the characters dealing with strong love, challenges and creativity just to name a few.

Other characters returning include Shameik Moore as Shaolin Fantastic,  Justice Smith as Ezekiel “Books” Figuero, Herizen Guardiola as Mylene Cruz, Jaden Smith as Dizzee Kipling, Skylan Brooks as Ra-Ra Kipling,  Mamoudou Athie as Grandmaster Flash and Giancarlo Esposito as Ramon Cruz.
