Actress Cynthia Erivo is set to tackle one of the most famous roles ever as Harriet Tubman in the upcoming biopic Harriet. Executive produced by Debra Martin Chase and Gregory Allen Howard, the production will chronicle Tubman's fierce dedication in helping free thousands of bound slaves as well maintaining her freedom in the process.
There are sure to be more big names added to this already impressive line up. We must also mention that SAG award winning actress Viola Davis also has a production based on Tubman's life coming to the screen in the near future.
