Fox network is bringing another series to the masses, STAR, and judging from the plotline and actors is sure to be a hit. The series chronicles a trio of young women setting out to make a name for themselves.

Set for premiere December 14, 2016 via Fox the series stars Jude Demorest as Star,  a product of the ever strained foster care system, who sets out to live life on her own terms.  Brittany O’Grady stars as Simone, sister of Star, with her own amount of emotional baggage and dreams and Ryan Destiny rounds out the cast as Alexandra who simply wants more out life. 

Mega actress/performer Queen Latifah stars as Carlotta, a sort of den mother to the three young ladies. Benjamin Bratt also stars as a suspicious yet well knowledgable talent agent Jahil. Created by Lee Daniels and Tom Donaghy, the series is expected to also feature loads of guests stars such as Lenny Kravitz and more.
