"The Butler" Official Trailer

Screenwriter Lee Daniels has been super busy filming various projects around the country and thankfully he has some great projects coming down the line. Having premiered his controversial project The Paperboy, Lee is finishing up his latest masterpiece The Butler, which is already garnering Oscar buzz.

The film stars such heavyweights as Forrest Whitaker in the title role and Oprah Winfrey as his wife, chronicles the life of Sir Eugene Butler, who served eight US Presidents from 1952 - 1986. 

Poised for release on October 18, 2013, it also stars Jane Fonda, Melissa Leo, Terrance Howard, Dame Vanessa Redgrave and Mariah Carey just to name a few.
