Catchy Chard
We love at good recipe here at LIRM and judging from this post!? It's gonna be a good one.
We love a good heaping bowl of the ever popular and healthy Swiss Chard. Not only is it healthy but it's SUPER good and you can do loads of various things with it.
Check out this amazing recipe and prepare to be floored by the taste as well as the heat.
Ingredients:
1 Bunch of Fresh Swiss Chard
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
2 Teaspoon of Minced and Peeled Garlic
2 Sliced JalapeƱos
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
1. Separate stems and leaves from Chard.
2. Chop leaves and dice steams small.
3. Heat Large Skillet with Olive Oil on Medium High.
4. Add Chard Stems, minced ginger and jalapeƱo slices.
5. Cook until stems soften and season with salt & pepper.
6. Add Chard leaves, cover and cook until wilted.
7. Uncover and continue to cook for 5 mins.
