All My Children Finale

As I type this spot I can still remember my beloved grand mom telling us loud and boisterous kids to, "Get somewhere and sit down cause her stories were on." Just as my heart is filled with major memories of her, it's as equally strong with memories of her favorite soap All My Children.

Sadly after more than 41 years on the television tubes of millions of viewers, the iconic soap is closing up show on the ABC network. From as far as my mind can remember I can remember dame Erica Kane and the citizens of Pine Valley entertaining our household with various cat fights, weddings, deaths and most recently resurrections.

Thankfully the fans have something to look up to with the recent purchase of the show and its sister show One Life to Live from up and coming Prospect Park Television which is poised to take the show online in early 2012.

Check out the finale that aired today and see if you won't be entertained by this iconic staple that is sure to continue via the Internet for decades to come.
